PERFECT FOR
couples who want an elaborate wedding with a smaller guest list
A micro wedding typically includes a smaller guest list (up to 40 guests). Even though the guest count is smaller, this type of wedding is often planned. Many couples choose choose to spend their full wedding budget – just on fewer people. Think: beautiful wedding dresses, elegant florals, candlelight dinners and open bars.
Requirement of a day of coordinator is waived IF our preferred vendors are used. You can find those vendors HERE
2023 Customized Micro Option

Pop Up Weddings

A minimony, or Pop Up, is even smaller than a microwedding and typically includes no more than ten to twenty guests. Although smaller, minimonies typically include many of the traditions found at a larger wedding.

No. Due to the type of liquor license we hold, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. There will be a fine of $25 for each container of outside alcohol that is found and deducted from the damage deposit. We book weddings and events daily, and while we encourage responsible drinking and making arrangements for transportation, we cannot be responsible for vehicles left past the end of the rental period.
Hiring a professional day of coordinator is a requirement and is one of the best investments you’ll make for your wedding day. We genuinely want you and your guests to enjoy the experience and that’s hard to do if you’re busy all day. Take it from us; coordinating and prepping for your wedding day is hard work!
You don’t have to hire us for this service, and we are happy to give you a list of our FAVORITE coordinators (aka lifesavers)
No. Dressing rooms are provided before the ceremony only. Once the ceremony begins, access to the dressing rooms ends. Personal items can be stored in the Props Room or taken to cars before the ceremony starts.

Budgets vary wildly from couple to couple. We have found some really great ways to save money and we are happy to share those with you to help find a package that fits your budget.
We have found a few consistencies though for TOTAL amount spent for various weddings we have hosted. For example, the average elopement at our venue has a total budget of up to $6,000.
The average Hemlock package wedding has a TOTAL budget of between $30,000 to $45,000 which includes their spending on us (the venue), bar, catering, photography, flowers, dress, DJ, etc.
Yes! Any vendor that you hire to perform a service at Hemlock Springs, must carry their own insurance that lists Hemlock Springs as additional insured.
Most reputable businesses will know what this is and will have no trouble sending us their certificate.
Children two (2) years old and under do not count towards your guest total. Older than two (2) years and up DO count towards your guest total.
While we LOVE live music, we have a decibel limit of 75db at the venue. Live bands tend to go over this limit. Acoustic or smaller bands work well. If you have a larger band, we may have to keep the garage doors shut to not disturb nature and neighbors.
