Indoor occupancy in KY is currently 100% with unlimited outdoor seating. That means we can seat up to 135 people indoors and an additional 40 seated on the veranda which is covered. Additional uncovered seating is available on the front patio. At this time, we can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 175.
There sure is! Cedar Creek Cottage and Hemlocks Over Muir are the closest places to stay and are within 5 minutes from the venue. Within 10 minutes you can be at the Cliffview Resort or Scenic Heights cabin developments. Within 15 minutes from the venue, you’ll find some Canopy Crew Treehouses and the Lodge at Natural Bridge State Park.
We have an open vendor policy so long as they are insured. Having said that, we can provide you with a long list of vendors we LOVE and we think you’ll love them too!
Due to the type of liquor license we hold, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. There will be a fine of $25 for each container of outside alcohol that is found and deducted from the damage deposit. We are able and happy to provide beverage service with everything chilled to the proper temperature saving you the work of hauling tons of liquor, coolers, ice and keep your event classy and guests safe at the same time.
We book weddings and events daily, and while we encourage responsible drinking and making arrangements for transportation, we cannot be responsible for vehicles left past the end of the rental period.
Hiring a professional day of coordinator is a requirement and is one of the best investments you’ll make for your wedding day. We genuinely want you and your guests to enjoy the experience and that’s hard to do if you’re busy all day. Take it from us; coordinating and prepping for your wedding day is hard work!
You don’t have to hire us for this service, and we are happy to give you a list of our FAVORITE coordinators (aka lifesavers)
Dressing rooms are provided before the ceremony only. Once the ceremony begins, access to the dressing rooms ends. Personal items can be stored in the Props Room or taken to cars before the ceremony starts.
Day of event insurance is a requirement of our insurance company. Most of our couples purchase a policy from www.wedsafe.com or www.eventhelper.com Their rates are very reasonable and we’ve see policies starting at around $100 or so.

The average Hemlock package wedding has a TOTAL budget of between $20,000 to $30,000 which includes their spending on us (the venue), bar, catering, photography, flowers, dress, DJ, etc.

Most reputable businesses will know what this is and will have no trouble sending us their certificate.
