Indoor occupancy in KY is currently 60% with unlimited outdoor seating. That means we can seat up to 70 people indoors and an additional 55 seated on the veranda which is covered. Additional uncovered seating is available on the front patio. At this time, we can accommodate groups of up to 150.

There sure is! Cedar Creek Cottage, Bedrock, and Hemlocks Over Muir are the closest places to stay and are within 5 minutes from the venue. Within 10 minutes you can be at the Cliffview Resort or Scenic Heights cabin developments. Within 15 minutes from the venue, you’ll find some Canopy Crew Treehouses and the Lodge at Natural Bridge State Park.

We have an open vendor policy so long as they are insured. Having said that, we can provide you with a long list of vendors we LOVE and we think you’ll love them too!

Due to the type of liquor license we hold, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. We are able to provide beverage service with everything chilled to the proper temperature saving you the work of hauling tons of liquor, coolers, ice and still having warm beer.

We book weddings and events daily, and while we encourage responsible drinking and making arrangements for transportation, we cannot be responsible for vehicles left past the end of the rental period.

Hiring a professional day of coordinator is a requirement and is one of the best investments you’ll make for your wedding day. We genuinely want you and your guests to enjoy the experience and that’s hard to do if you’re busy all day. Take it from us; coordinating and prepping for your wedding day is hard work!

You don’t have to hire us for this service, and we are happy to give you a list of our FAVORITE coordinators  (aka lifesavers)

Current KY COVID guidelines limit indoor seating to 60% with unlimited outdoor seating.

All food MUST be served by a licensed food handler wearing gloves and a mask. Self-service is not permitted at this time.

When it is not possible to socially distance or while indoors, masks must be worn.

Day of event insurance is a requirement of our insurance company. Most of our couples purchase a policy from www.wedsafe.com or www.eventhelper.com Their rates are very reasonable and

In order to limit our exposure and keep our clients & families safe, will not be at the center of the dance floor (don’t worry, we’ll don’t need to be close to capture amazing dance shots!)

All posing will be no-touch and we ask that you limit group photos to no more than ten people at a time.

While coverage will look a bit different, our clients have not noticed a difference in the quality of the images we produce on their wedding day. If you would like to see a wedding photographed during the pandemic, just send us an email!

As long as we are in a location that does not legally require masks and we are socially distanced, a mask will not be required during photos.

We know postponing a wedding is not an easy decision. If you find yourself in this situation, we ask that you let us know ASAP so that we can work together to find you a new wedding date.

We are still shooting engagement sessions. During the session, we’ll maintain a safe distance and do our best to choose an outdoor location that does not legally require masks.

At this point, our couples have not noticed a difference in the quality of their engagement session images.
